Very original porcelain covered box by french artist Fabienne Jouvin (born in 1962).
Inspired by her drawings from her “Carnets de voyage” collection (“travel diaries”).
Very slightly domed cover, in the shape of a postcard with its stamp on the top left corner. Photographs of New York city.
On the sides, multiple references to travel with other stamps, photos, written references to the travel & postage world.
Every sides of the box, including the tiniest edges and the corners are decorated.
Can be used as a sewing box, jewelry box, stamps box, trinket box.
