A set of 6 antique plates, in earthenware from prestigious manufacture of Longwy.
Ideal for serving canapés, macaroons, petits-fours…
Round, diameter 20.5cm (~8″).
White backgroung. In the central medallion, decoration of an asian landscape with a pagoda alongside a river surrounded by a luxuriant nature. Very likely a landscape from what was at the time “French Indochina” (currently Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia).
On the edge, alternance of flowers and geometrical patterns.
In copper / orange tones with small touches of yellow, green and blue.
Decoration of the plates done with the technique of transfer.
Star in relief on the background.
Longwy, France, 1890-1910. Signed under the bases.

Antique products that have already been used. There is no chip or crack whatsoever. But the decoration / ornaments go from very good to fair condition, in the sense that the colors / patterns are more or less preserved depending on the plates. Some details are perfectly visible on some plates but almost completely gone on others. Some scratches from use, light stains.
